Which servers and sources can it play?

If you run a media server, Pro connects to Plex, Audiobookshelf, Jellyfin, and Emby. No server? Basic plays audiobooks straight from your device or Google Drive, plus the twelve free classics.

What formats and playback features are supported?

M4B and MP3 with full chapter support, plus variable speed, smart rewind, a sleep timer, and bookmarks. Every tier gets the full player.

Can I listen in the car?

Yes. Android Auto and CarPlay are included in every tier.

Do my place and bookmarks sync across devices?

With Pro, yes. Your position and bookmarks follow you between devices, and if two ever disagree, you get to choose which is right, so your true spot is always safe.

Can I play my Audible books?

AudioTrove plays DRM-free audiobooks: your own files and the libraries on your servers. Audible titles are locked with Amazon's DRM, so they can't play here, but anything DRM-free is right at home.

What happens to my books when the trial ends?

Everything is kept safe. Your position, bookmarks, downloads, and files stay exactly where they were, and buying Basic or Pro whenever you're ready unlocks it all again.

Is my listening private?
